Whether in one of my yoga classes, working on an herbal tincture with me or reading one of my poems or essays, my journalism background will show up in the form of questions and hyperfixations. At the heart of it all is a calling to cultivate a sense of community wherever I go, to understand people and accept each person I meet as mirrors, and to always remember that we are nature.
